Broadway Actress | Songstress | Music Wellness
There is something about singing "Reach out and touch somebody's hand. Make this world a better place if you can" eight times a week with hand holding audiences all over the country for 3.5 years that shifts something inside. I witnessed first hand the healing power of music.
After completing Motown the Musical National Tours, I begin to reach out to schools in Brownsville, Brooklyn & the Bronx to bring my experience and expertise in musical performance to middle and high school students, introducing music studies, creating musical theatre master classes and after school program curriculums in communities that are underserved. I shared with these young artists new ways to artistically express themselves, the technique and discipline to practice their artistry and opened their ears to new musically genres. I was blessed with that experience so it was only right to PASS IT ALONG!
When I moved to California at the end of 2019, I dove deeply into the therapeutic power of music. As a yogi & qigong practitioner, I joined forces with sound therapist and film composer Ben Crippin Taylor (Presents) and started a deeper journey into music therapy through Sound Bath experience at Santa Monica's Dance Alive Center.
